The game
Desert, forest, tundra and arctic snow, with monuments, oil rigs and a cargo ship to fight over.
The island
Every map wipe brings a new island: forest, rivers and lakes, roads and trails, islets off the coast. Desert with palms and oases in the south, then forest and tundra, then snow and icebergs in the north.
Safe zones
The Outpost and the Fishing Villages. Hold a weapon out there and you are marked hostile, and the guards open fire. The Outpost has shops, a recycler, workbenches and a research table; the villages sell boats.

Monuments
Monuments hold the best loot, radiation and other players, and keycards and fuses open their best rooms. Fill a quarry with low grade fuel and it digs stone, metal ore, sulfur or high quality metal.

Events
- Patrol helicopter
- Flies over the monuments every few hours and hunts players who carry guns.
- Cargo ship
- Sails around the island for about an hour with ten scientists. Crates come up in three waves.
- Oil rigs
- Hack the locked crate and a CH47 brings heavy scientists.
- Locked crate
- Dropped at the Sphere Tank, the Satellite Dish or the Airfield. Hold it for 15 minutes.
- Airdrop
- A plane drops a crate and the map does not show where. A supply signal calls one to you.
Build and raid
Build from twig to armored, guard it with turrets and traps, and bring C4 to the neighbours.
Weapons and gear
From the Eoka and a bow to the L96, the M249 and a rocket launcher.
Progress
Scrap builds workbenches and pays for research. Blueprints stay through map wipes.
Getting around
Fly a Minicopter or take a boat out to the oil rigs.
Team and character
Teams of up to eight. Log off and you sleep where you stood.
Free survival. Runs on weak PCs.
